How can I make payments for my storage unit?

You can conveniently pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, inquire with your facility manager about setting up autopay.

What documentation is necessary to rent a unit?

To complete your reservation, you must provide a valid form of government-issued identification, such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID. Additionally, we require four pictures of your vehicle or vessel that clearly show the license plate and all four sides. Proof of insurance and current registration is also necessary. If you do not have proof of insurance, you may sign up for coverage through our third-party merchant for just $12 per month at the time of your reservation.

What items are prohibited from storage?

We do not allow the storage of perishable items, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustible items, or liquids on our premises. For a complete list, please refer to our service agreement.
